Arch Pain: Progressive Pain Towards Ankle


Arch is middle part of the foot held by tight bands referred tendons attaching heel and foot bones, that all move in sync to flight body weight from heel to fore foot distributing among toes. This phenomenon leads to absorbing of shocks. When these bands dont' pull adequately it might to falling of arch results in painful or achy feet with concentrated pain in heel and arch areas. With prolonged standing or intense physical activity without correcting or supporting such arch, the pain started progressing towards ankle.
