Patient Safety

Patient Safety comprising of all actions, products, systems, processes, SOPs and in brief, complete health care infrastructure. The prime aim of our Company is to develop unique solutions for Patient Safety in multiple domains. It includes devices to (a) prevent bed sores during prolonged surgeries (OT Positioning Devices); (b) prevent spread of infection from infected victim; (c) provide infection control measures in wards, ICUs and OTs; & (d) indoor air quality management to reduce occupational hazards etc.

OT Positioning Devices

We develop Positioning Devices for Head, Upper and Lower Body; Site-specific and function-specific; universal and Whole, Partial and Half body OT Table beds using Viscoelastic Gel with Covid Coat+ technology, a DRDO technological integration using C3I gel (aka Medigel). All these are designed to prevent bed sores and aggravation of any injury during prolonged surgeries in both classical and Hot Operation Theatres.

Covid Coat+

Covid Coat+ is an anti-microbial coating used in conjunction with Viscoelastic Gel that in addition to COVID-19, also able to neutralize hospital pathogens. It is able to sustain on surfaces up to 90 days if standard sanitization is maintained and not sterilized. It is also useful for sanitizing wards, ICUs, OTs for infection control. It is as DRDO's integration technology using Covid Coat with medium that ensures its bonding with Viscoelastic Gel. It is provided with each OT Positioner (50 ml) in refillable bottle for immediate use ensuring patient's safety.

ORCS Sanitization Unit
(Poorn Swachh)

Poorn Swachh (aka Ultraswachh ORCS Sanitization Unit) is a portable unit that can sanitized a confined space of 10 X 10 X 12 ft within 20-30 minutes based on air flow exchange. It utilizes Triyogani (radical dispenser) & aqueous Ozone in combination ensures patient safety in Wards, ICUs, OTs and even at their homes after getting discharge from Hospitals. It is completely safer for usage even in human presence. High OT Sterilization versions are also available for OTs.

Vayu Swachh

Patients with high sensitivity to allergen/ pathogens, requiring micro-environment with enhanced indoor air quality, compromised immunity, old age etc require special attention while being at hospitals. Vayu Swachh provides sanitized indoor air with no recurring cost, using advance Defence R&D 'Ultraswachh' Technology.

Multi-Product Sterilization Unit

Ultraswachh technology has integrated radical dispenser, ozone and UV-C to develop a unique, extremely cost effect, heat sensitive multi-product sterilization unit. The best part is that it require least sterilization time with no environmental residue other that water vapors etc. Even recurring cost is low as compared to all other counterparts while using high oxidation potential ozone. It is useful in controlling of spread of infection via items exchange and re-use of PPEs and other heat sensitive medical devices.

Taaran (Safe Passage) Patient Transfer System

A unique devices developed under Ultraswachh technological initiative in which standard Wheel chair is modified ensuring that each breath of infected victim is captured, filtered and sterilized using SPACE Filter and patient is provided with medical grade air. Extreme useful devices in intra-departmental transfer as well Triage areas. Received excellent feedback during its installation at DRDO's first 'built up' hospital to manage COVID emergencies in Delhi=NCR region in year 2020.
