Follow the steps on daily basis for foot care:
1. Daily feet inspection: Observe carefully big toe (tip), middle and little toes (base), heel base, foot edge line and ball of the foot for any blistering, calluses, infections, swelling, redness and discoloration/ broken / ingrown nails.
2. Lukewarm/sponge foot wash- moisturizing: Feet should be washed, sponged and dried out by blotting especially between toes followed by moisturizing (except between toes).
