Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase ?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on portal. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Please note that Delivery charges are not applicable.

Do you accept Cash instead of Online Payment as I am not comfortable with same?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our portal, you can opt for Store Pick Policy and pay it at our office to schedule your delivery immediately right on the spot. This option is often exercised by Delhi- NCR based clients. The customers beyond Delhi-NCR, book the order under Store Pick Policy and leave the note in order form that you are interested in paying it in cash. Based on your location, we will contact you to work out an arrangement.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued by standard banks, globally accepted or approved by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for transaction in India.

Credit Cards: 
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the front or backside of your card, based on type of card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit Cards: 
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Gel Craft Healthcare Private Limited realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by respective teams.

In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions. However, during such request we don't ask for any Card or Financial Information, please don't share such information.

Whether delivery charges are also included for Overseas purchases too? If not How should I proceed?

For clients who want to purchase it from overseas (outside India), please pay the full amount and add your details while checking out. Delivery Address Details, Pin Code, Email and Contact Number, Time Zone should be added in respective section.

In Instructions note, please add "COMPANY'S COURIER ACCOUNT NUMBER".

Gel Craft Healthcare (P) Limited don’t keep or access your Card/ Financial Information as it is being taken only on gateway platforms. We don't call ever to customer asking any information regarding Card/ Financial Information. Please don't share.

All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
